Spynga, the Yoga and Cycling philosophy is about living authentically. We are a community-oriented bunch with a platform for all who are intrigued and interested to explore and remember the deeper aspects of the self through the thrilling art of indoor cycling (a.k.a. spinning) and the ancient practice of yoga and thus live a more balanced, healthy and enriched transparent existence. Uptown and Downtown, we have 2 Spynga Studios for you to choose from. Our flagship studio in Toronto is on Bathurst just south of St. Clair Ave and our Thornhill studio is located off of Centre Street on Disera Drive (across from the Promenade Mall).
From early morning to late evening, we offer classes of all sorts, levels and styles!
Experience our signature Spynga Flow® class; an addicting cocktail of indoor cycling and yoga in tandem! Jump start with a 25 minute powerful ride of hills & sprints and then move to the mat for 25 minutes to flow, strengthen, stretch and cool down! Harmonious and delicious indeed!

Whether this is your first yoga class or you have been practicing for years, you will be challenged, supported, encouraged and most importantly, reminded to bring your attention to your body and your breath. Make this practice your own. That is the essence of yoga. Enjoy an array of vinyasa, yin, power, and restorative yoga classes, all of which promote healing, awareness and FUN!
Our revolutionary indoor cycling programming feeds the needs of all. Whether you are just starting out and want to get some cardio in your life, whether you are a competitive outdoor racer, or somewhere in between, we have a class for you. You make it your ride by taking it to your level! Our 35 min, 45 min and hour rides will increase your metabolic rate by raising your heart rate, thus burning calories and feeling great! Sculpt and tone in our combo classes which incorporate upper body and core training to further build those muscles and burn what we don’t need!
Burn and tone even more with bursts of interval training in our original Zone 8 Ride® and Zone 8 Cardio Sculpt® to ride the wave of high intensity and medium intensity resistance and strength training. Condition the body and mind!
Starting a family or continuing to build one is just one more reason to carve out time to increase strength in body and mind, reconnect to you, and meet other parents. Take pleasure in Pre-Natal yoga, post-natal mom & baby cardio and yoga classes as well as seasonal moms-to-be groups.
Encourage healthy habits and a positive attitude toward mind body fun with yoga for kids through fun and physical creative play. Activities are designed for children of all ages, from toddlers to pre-schoolers and big kids too! Kid’s yoga is a non-competitive environment; incorporating interactive games based on physical yoga postures that emphasize flexibility, confidence and emotional well-being to build strong bodies and minds.
Spynga’s 225 Hour Yoga Alliance Certified Program is made for the passionate yogis! Whether you have aspirations to teach or just deepen your practice, this comprehensive training will be a transformative personal journey. Adhering to the highest standards set out by Yoga Alliance, this vinyasa based instructors course will immerse you in anatomy, yogic philosophy, intensive asana instruction including adjustments and sequencing, teaching theory, meditation, pranayama, and the business of yoga. You will leave with the tools to teach & inspire! Spynga’s 225 Hour YTT runs once a year from September to January.
Created by Spynga, The Cycle Revolution Instructors Course is the best indoor cycling certification around! Based on the principals of indoor cycling, this comprehensive course will educate you in anatomy, cycling positioning, music, heart rate & cadence as well as in-depth teaching theory to lead a class with knowledge and authority. The Cycle Revolution Course is held to the highest standards by the ICTC and is recognized by all fitness facilities that offer spinning classes.
