24 hours notice is required for any treatment cancellations, otherwise the full appointment will be charged.

If it is your first therapeutic treat visit with spynga, please arrive 15-30 minutes prior to fill in a health information sheet.

NOTE:   Remember to check your health insurance coverage. Most private insurance plans include annual coverage for massage therapy. Many private insurance policies offer full or partial coverage under extended health care plans, provided the treatment is with a Registered Massage Therapist. A physician's referral may be required.
