· Therapeutic breathing techniques, (Pranayama Methods)
· Meditation with Mala beads
· A Look into our Wellbeing, our truth, our resolve. Discussion on the terms: Sadhana (daily practice), Karma (action) and Sankalpa (intention)
· Subtle energy locks within our bodies and how to use them in meditation and postures.
· Discussion on the 5 movements or functions of prana/energy, known as Panca Vayus.
