Understanding & Protecting Yourself from Stress

As we ride the wave of modern living we are all affected and afflicted by stress.  What is it really-and who is vulnerable?  How does stress affect us physically, emotionally and mentally?  How do we protect ourselves and mitigate the effects of distress on our lives, our immunity and our contentment? 
Join Tracey for this 2 hour yin yoga and yoga nidra workshop.  As we practice this powerful style of yoga, we will have the opportunity to examine the impact of stress.  We will close practice with yoga nidra or yogic “sleep”, a potent technique which produces an altered state of consciousness and deep relaxation. You will leave feeling empowered through knowledge and the deep experience of relaxation.
