In a cozy, supportive setting, meet and socialize with women to share and explore all facets of pregnancy and birth while learning from trained professionals about relevant subjects in your preparation for parenthood. Friendships formed at this time can last a lifetime! All moms will receive a journal as a gift from Spynga to keep track of their memories during this precious time.
Topics include:
Week 1: Meet and Greet in Confidence, Prenatal Nutrition & Exercise during pregnancy
Week 2: Breast feeding 101+ bottle feeding
Week 3: Medical questions (C-sections & natural births) & vaccinations with an OBGYN + LISTS (everything you need and more for the hospital and when babe comes home!)
Week 4: Night nurse and sleep (how to survive without it and how to get some!) followed by a crash course in infant CPR
Week 5: 'the evening of equipment & gift registry' -get your hands on some of the latest and best baby gear out there from "Li'l Niblets & baby sprouts" with partners
Week 6: Birth preparation, labour, & delivery (positions, movement & breathing), post-partum + husband/wife and mama and babe relationships

This interactive workshop ensures any kind of teacher, trainer, or instructor obtain an in-depth understanding of the coach approach to their already unique teaching style.
BIGLife Group, a coaching and leadership company based in Toronto, is collaborating with Spynga to introduce an innovative approach to teacher and instructor training. All kinds of leaders from various backgrounds and industries are implementing the coach approach to their work and life. It is essential for leaders to go deep themselves in order to get the best out of others. Spynga is passionate about bringing this coach approach to our studio and teachings.
By the end of the session, you will be able to integrate the fundamentals of coaching required to effectively work with your students. Learn how to support your students in order to create sustainable results and mind set for health and overall well being.

8 Weeks to Peak!

With Spring upon us, it’s time to buckle down and focus your training to guarantee maximum performance come summer. Whether you aim to prep for one of the season’s many charity rides, tackle your first century (100 miles in a day!), or simply up your power and fortitude in your chosen sport, now is the time to start working.
The eight weekly rides build on each other and are structured to maximize gains in strength, speed and endurance. Rides lengthen as your stamina builds, taking you to the 90 minute mark by the end of the program. Bring assigned work to other cycling classes to make the most out of your indoor training.
Come summer you’ll be ripping up the roads!

yoga crash course: the sequel with meredith bannan
Ideal for beginners ready to advance!
This class is ideal for experienced beginners or those who have taken the first course and are ready to explore a wider range of poses and refine their practice of the fundamentals. In a small and supportive class setting, you will receive alignment based instruction that will help you safely build on the basics and gain more insight into your own practice, including guidance on appropriate variations and modification of poses that work for your body and level of ability. Class size is limited to 10 students to allow time for questions, individualized attention and guidance.

Perfect for Beginners!
Get your yoga practice started out on the right foot. In this workshop style course, you will learn the foundations of the yoga practice important for developing a strong and safe practice. Receive in-depth instruction on alignment, breath, fundamentals of vinyasa (linking movement and breath ex. Sun Salutations A & B) and modifications on postures to suit individual needs. Knowledge and experience are built on week to week to prepare you for the next stages of practice.
