*burn it* cycle flow (45 minutes)
Burn it Cycle flow drives you to work in optimum endurance zones to raise metabolic levels and increase our bodies efficiency. Increase cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance and promote major fat burning. Effort is at a moderate intensity level, in a continuous and steady state, rather than high intensity intervals. Research has proven this to be the best way to improve endurance and increase metabolic rates. The aim of this class is to help you burn more calories from fat when lying on the couch!

circuit cycle flow (60 minutes)
Partake in a 35 minute exhilarating ride to rid your body of toxins and get your muscles warm. Move to the mat, for a head to toe total body fix and transform your physical and mental states to peak performance mode. Use resistance bands and weight balls to target all major muscle groups to strengthen and tone by doing a challenging series of 5-6 total body conditioning exercises. As your muscles build, muscle, even muscles at rest, burn calories.

cycle flow (45 minutes)
A 45 minute ride where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and soar, while stilling the mind.

deep vinyasa HOT yoga flow (75 minutes)
Awaken the radiance as you flow through a practice that promotes strength, balance, and tone in the physical and mental realms.  Melt the body and mind in an 85 degree room to encourage a release of toxins and feel a restoration of spirit.  As the muscles warm and the thoughts quiet down, move into a deep release of tension, especially within those tighter areas like the hips and hamstrings. While discovering openings in the body, we will move to increase flexibility and agility. All levels welcome. The first time I tried this class at Spynga, I was scared about holding the poses for three to five minutes.  Would my body be able to handle it?  What would I think about?  I had no idea I would come out of there feeling totally chilled out for the first time in a long time.  I’d never sat with a stretch for so long, and it’s amazing what comes up in the brain in terms of memories, images, emotions…I am a very brain-oriented person – one of the reasons I try to do yoga is to get a little more into my body.  But yin yoga brings it all home – body, mind, they are all the same guy.  They are you!  So get in there, stretch it out, face your fears, and leave feeling like a billion bucks!

express power yoga flow (45 minutes)
This 45 minute hearty flow will encompass all that is true to a vinyasa class with an extra bite of vigor.  Connect breath (pranayama) with movement and fluidly move from one pose to another, building strength and flexibility through a variety of powerful sequences. This vibrant and challenging flow will provide an element of cardio vascular endurance that rivals any indoor cycling ride, leaving you blissed out and balanced.

family yoga flow *ages 7 + (45 minutes)
Welcome the young and old, individuals or the whole family! Enjoy moving through traditional yoga postures in this cheerful, open and energetic class.  All who flow together, stay together. This is a class built to promote connection, wellness and open to anyone you call your family; parents, grandparents, aunts, uncles, older siblings, and caregivers too.

happy hour cycle flow (60 minutes)
Burn off some weekend steam and boost your energy with an hour long ride. This intoxicating trip of intense hills, spirited sprints and a cocktail of colourful sequences will elevate your state to get you revved for a Saturday night out!

hard *core* cycle flow (45 or 60 minutes)
A 40 minute ride followed by a 15 minute ab workout, where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. The core strength portion will be done off the bike--Bring your MAT

*heart throb* cycle flow (45 minutes)
A special endurance 45 minute ride that has a strong emphasis on heart rate technique while challenging both your body and mind.  You will burn more calories than any other form of a cardio workout.  Muscles will tone and the heart will pump to incredible music and instruction. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and soar, while clearing your thoughts.  **Please bring Heart Rate Monitor to class if you have one, to observe your heart strength and levels!

Mind and Body fun! Kids can discover a sense of happiness and peace within themselves in this fast-paced world we live in by practicing yoga with a joyous and creative approach. Interactive and artistic classes to stimulate and enhance the imagination! Yoga helps to improve the memory, boost energy levels and increase attention spans. Yoga increases focus and self confidence that helps kids develop a positive outlook on life.

mama & babe rejuv and restore yoga flow (60 minutes)
Mama, flow with baby through a unique hybrid of blissful vinyasa sequences, and deep opening seated postures in the first half of the class to rebuild strength, balance and revive your spirit.  The second 1/2 of the practice allows you and baby to release any cranky tension in the mind and body through deep relaxing restorative poses.  This juicy fusion yoga class will leave you and baby feeling completely rejuvenated, restored and ready to conquer your day! 

mama & babe cardio circus flow & LOUNGE (60 minutes)
As a new mom, our life can sometimes resemble a juggler from a circus, or perhaps feel like you are the poodle performing for your new audience of one.  We’ve created the ultimate circus act for you, designed to jump start your physical fitness regime post-baby.  This class will emphasize on Fat Burning, and will target different muscles group weekly, building strength, flexibility and agility, with ideas for you to take home and do with or without your baby. Afterwards come lounge, chat and connect with other moms, and snack on protein foodies.

power hour cycle flow (60 minutes)
A one hour ride where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and soar, while stilling the mind. This is a great class for those who want more minutes on the bike and who love to ride outside!

power hour yoga flow (60 minutes)
An energetic power hour of yoga that will challenge your mind, your muscles and will enliven your spirit!

prenatal yoga flow (60 minutes)
For the yoga mamas-to-be! An opportunity to take the time to celebrate and connect with the glorious changes happening within your life! Develop breathing techniques and a meditation practice to gain access to a peaceful center and an increased awareness. Move through gentle sequences to increase vitality and confidence while building strength and endurance in preparation for the birthing mind and body.

progressive vinyasa yoga flow (60 minutes)
Explore more advanced postures and progress your vinyasa yoga practice. Move at vigorous tempo through vibrant and creative sequences. Cleanse your temple (the body!), boost your internal vigor, and enhance your strength as well as your body’s elasticity. Dive deep into this challenging and powerful flow!

rejuv & restore yoga flow (60 minutes)                         
A unique hybrid of  fresh, flowing vinyasa sequences, and deep opening seated postures at the beginning of this class is sure to rejuvenate your spirit.  The last 1/2 of the practice allows you to release tension in the mind and body with deep relaxing restorative poses.  This juicy  fusion yoga class will leave you feeling completely rejuvenated & restored - and also ready to  crumble in to bed for a great nights sleep.

Spend 25 minutes on an intense and powerful bike ride to enliven the heart. Move to the mat for a 25 minute vibrant yoga flow and cool down to balance out the body and calm the mind. SUPER spynga flow® (75 minutes)
The all encompassing EXTENDED journey that trains the mind, breathe, and body to enhance equilibrium and agility. Experience our signature class of cycling and yoga in tandem! Spend half the class on an intense and powerful bike ride to enliven the heart and challenge your every muscle. Energetically, move on to the mat for a vibrant sequence of postures that opens up the body, lengthens every limb, and relaxes the mind. This complimentary trip is pure harmony!

total body bootcamp flow (45 or 60 minutes)
This high-intensity class covers athletic and sport specific movement to core work with a focus onaerobic conditioning, balancing drills, and circuit-style training. Powerful movements will be essential in muscle toning to provide total bodyconditioning. Class can be modified to most fitness levels. A determined and committed mindset will be required. --Bring your running shoes!

vinyasa yoga flow (75 or 90 minutes)
A lively flow to awaken the soul! Journey through postures at a steady pace and deepen your awareness of breath and movement with a focus on your body’s alignment in poses. Increase strength, flexibility and vibrancy. Watch your practice blossom!

vinyasa garage yoga JAM (60 minutes)
A class musically jammed with odds and ends, things of old and a new, quirky and interesting. Join in our ecstatic and energetic vinyasa practice to dust off the mind and clean out your body; the spirit will feel swept, aligned and reorganized. All levels welcome.

warrior cycle flow (45 minutes)
Bring your warrior spirit of vigor, courage and capabilities to engage in a high energy and physically challenging 25 minute ride focusing on interval cross-training with sprints and hills, pumping the heart-rate and body into that burn zone. Move to the mat for a 20 minute powerful, strength- building yogic practice, targeting arms, legs and core. This 45 minute commanding class will leave you feeling energized and ready to engage your warrior spirit in your life!

yin yoga flow (75 or 90 minutes)
If you are ready to dive below the surface and seek to gain greater flexibility, the challenging practice of Yin Yoga will move you beyond the muscles, targeting the dense connective tissues, of the lower spine, hips, pelvis and hamstrings. The postures are held from 3-7 minutes resulting in a deep release of habitual holding patterns in the physical body. This practice will benefit everyone, especially those with active lives (cyclists, runners, Vinyasa/Ashtanga Yoga Practitioners).
