athletic yoga flow (60 minutes) a strong Yang flow and a gentle Yin practice. The
dynamic yang sequence will concentrate on stretching and strengthening muscle
tissue while developing athletic endurance. The yin portion of the practice
influences ligament tissue to release joint tension. Issues and challenges,
common to athletic body types, will be discussed and explored in this practice.
community cycle flow (45 minutes)
This stimulating cycle class is
taught by students who have completed the Cycle Revolution Teacher Training
Course under the guidance of Spynga's senior teachers. Come out to support their
new journey for $9.00! We encourage lot's of feedback and appreciate it very much.
cycle flow (45 minutes)
A 45 minute ride where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and soar, while stilling the mind.
cycle sculpt (60 minutes)
A 35 minute ride where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. Taught on a stationary bike, you will climb, sprint and soar, while stilling the mind. The cycle is immediately followed by 20 minutes of upper body and core strength training to sculpt and tone the arms and abs. This class is truly a full body workout.
detox flow (75 minutes)
A healthy, sweat quenching, active flow that is chock-full of powerful twists and great abdominal work to release toxins from both body and mind. Come breathe and move into new places within yourself. Leave feeling cleansed, refreshed and alive!
endurance flow (50 minutes)
A 50 minute cycle that is made up of power climbing, intense resistance, endurance-testing, and strength training. This journey is comprised of on-road imagery that keeps you motivated and cycling to continuous non-stop music (acid-jazz and happy house!) to help you push hard on the ride ahead.
express yoga flow (60 minutes)
If you are short on time, this one hour class will give you a well-rounded yoga practice. Flow through a series of postures that will energize and refresh your body, while soothing the mind. The Express class is open to all levels where variations and modifications allow students to work at their own pace. Basic knowledge of yoga poses recommended.
hard *core* cycle flow (60 minutes)
A 40 minute ride followed by a 15 minute ab workout, where you will be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any other form of a cardio workout. A colourful trip through perfect circles of motion, as muscles tone and the heart pumps to incredible music and instruction. The core strength portion will be done off the bike--Bring your MAT
jivamukti yoga flow (75 minutes)
An intermediate to advanced class fueled with soul-inspiring music. Enrich
your practice with a balanced class that flows through standing postures,
twists, forward & backward bending and inversions. An exploration of
chanting & meditation will invoke a peaceful mind, while
experienced adjustments will recharge your physical practice at every level.

Mind and Body fun! Kids can discover a sense of happiness and peace within themselves in this fast-paced world we live in by practicing yoga with a joyous and creative approach. Interactive and artistic classes to stimulate and enhance the imagination! Yoga helps to improve the memory, boost energy levels and increase attention spans. Yoga increases focus and self confidence that helps kids develop a positive outlook on life.
meditative flow (60minutes) How do we still thy mind? Learn to slowly turn off the voices in our heads so we can begin to live more authentically by listening to the body and wisdom that lies within. By moving our attention out of the external, we can allow the mind to flow into an exuberant state of meditation by traveling inward. You are guided by a skilful and knowledgeable teacher to support you along your journey.
power spynga flow (60minutes)
A high energy and
physically challenging class for those looking for that extra
boost! Spend 25 minutes on the bike focusing on interval cross-training with sprints and hills, pumping the heart-rate
into that good ol' burning zone. Move to the mat for an Ashtanga based practice (i.e. power yoga), using a fast-paced vinyasa series' and strength
building asanas to cleanse and tone. This one hour of
jam-packed fitness training will leave you feeling energized, refreshed and
satisfied.

prenatal yoga flow (60minutes)
For the yoga mamas-to-be! An opportunity to take the time to celebrate and
connect with the glorious changes happening within your life! Develop breathing
techniques and a meditation practice to gain access to a peaceful center and an
increased awareness. Move through gentle sequences to increase vitality and
confidence while building strength and endurance in preparation for the birthing
mind and body.
recondition bootcamp flow (45 or 60minutes)
This high-intensity
class covers athletic and sport specific movement to core work with a focus on
aerobic conditioning, balancing drills, and circuit-style training. Powerful
movements will be essential in muscle toning to provide total body
conditioning. Class can be modified to most fitness levels. A determined and
committed mindset will be required. --Bring your running shoes!

The all encompassing journey trains the mind, breathe, muscles, and joints to enhance equilibrium and agility. Experience our signature class of cycling and yoga in tandem! Spend 25 minutes on an intense and powerful bike ride to enliven the heart. Move to the mat for a 25 minute vibrant yoga flow and cool down to balance out the body and calm the mind. The result is pure harmony.

The all encompassing EXTENDED journey that trains the mind, breathe, and body to enhance equilibrium and agility. Experience our signature class of cycling and yoga in tandem! Spend half the class on an intense and powerful bike ride to enliven the heart and challenge your every muscle. Energetically, move on to the mat for a vibrant sequence of postures that opens up the body, lengthens every limb, and relaxes the mind. This complimentary trip is pure harmony!
sunrise yoga flow (60 minutes)
Awaken your senses and begin your day with this one hour outdoor yoga class. On a quiet, serene deck, overlooking trees of beauty, you will flow through a series of postures that will energize and refresh your body, while soothing the mind. The sunrise flow is open to all levels where variations and modifications allow students to work at there own pace. Wear your sunscreen!
sunset yoga flow (60 minutes)
End your day by calming your mind and soothing your soul with this one hour outdoor yoga class. On a quiet, serene deck, overlooking trees of beauty, you will flow through a series of postures that will rejuvenate and restore your body. The sunset flow is open to all levels where variations and modifications allow students to work at there own pace. If weather does not permit an outdoor class, class will take place in the studio.
tween yoga flow (60 minutes) --ages 9-14 years old
A different type of homework! A self-exploration of the body, mind and spirit.
Enhance your performance in sports, heal injuries, and increase strength and
flexibility. Learn tools to relieve and manage stress from exams, parents and
just the everyday 'tween stuff!
vinyasa yoga flow (75 or 90 minutes)
A lively flow to awaken the soul! Journey through
postures at a steady pace and deepen your awareness of breath and movement with
a focus on your body’s alignment in poses. Increase strength, flexibility and
vibrancy. Watch your practice blossom!
vinyasa JAM yoga flow (60 or 75 minutes)
An invigorating and powerful vinyasa flow for the first
forty minutes of class to burn away stress, build strength and flexibility, and
progressively open the physical body, mind and spirit. Spend the last 20 minutes
of class restoring with deep backbending, twisting, and seated postures to
return to balance and leave whistling!
yang yoga flow (60 minutes)
Play in this energetic
and vigorous flowing vinyasa class with awe-inspiring sequencing, music and
adjustments. Stretch, strengthen, and tone muscle tissue as you move through
this sweaty sunny practice. Stay for the yin class that follows at 10:15 am to
feel dynamic equilibrium in your body.
yin yoga flow (75 or 90 minutes)
If you are ready to dive below the surface and seek to gain greater flexibility,
the challenging practice of Yin Yoga will move you beyond the muscles, targeting
the dense connective tissues, of the lower spine, hips, pelvis and hamstrings.
The postures are held from 3-7 minutes resulting in a deep release of habitual
holding patterns in the physical body. This practice will benefit everyone,
especially those with active lives (cyclists, runners, Vinyasa/Ashtanga Yoga
Practitioners).
yoga 101 (60 minutes)
Explore the elements that make up a hatha (physical) yoga practice on a weekly
basis. Learn the basic postures along with proper principles of alignment, the
role and importance of breath, while working to enhance your focus &
practice the art of relaxation.
