liquid YOGA (60 or 75 minutes)
This thirst quenching slow flow will stretch the body and mind in a way that will leave you feeling more fluid and nourished than ever! This vinyasa based slow flow will hydrate your muscles through a blend of breath and movement, satiating your need to release tension.
restorative YOGA (60 or 75 minutes)

ROLL, core+stretch (45 minutes)
We will ROLL to stretch, restore muscle imbalances and utilize roll to strengthen ab power! Using cylindrical foam rollers, improve core muscle recruitment actions while increasing stability. Release tight muscle to enable elongation and increase blood flow. Expand range of motion, boost flexibility and enhance athletic performance. This triple action training releases tension in the body and returns it to the roots of what makes the body an efficient and functional entity.
vinyasa PULSE (60 or 75 minutes)
How do we still thy mind? Learn to slowly turn off the voices in our heads so we can begin to live more authentically by listening to the body and wisdom that lies within. The rhythmic nature of vinyasa pulse will lead you to a meditative rhythm as you develop strength, flexibility and stability.

If you are ready to dive below the surface and seek to gain greater flexibility, the challenging practice of Yin Yoga will move you beyond the muscles, targeting the dense connective tissues, of the lower spine, hips, pelvis and hamstrings. The postures are held from 3-7 minutes resulting in a deep release of habitual holding patterns in the physical body.
