weight & circuit training

BODYBLAST (60 minutes)
This high-intensity class covers athletic and sport specific movement to core work with a focus on aerobic conditioning, balancing drills, and circuit-style training. Powerful movements will be essential in muscle toning to provide total body conditioning. Class can be modified to most fitness levels. A determined and committed mindset will be required. Remember to bring your running shoes--this class does not involve the bike!

This high-intensity 40 minute express class covers athletic and sport specific movement to core work with a focus on aerobic conditioning, balancing drills, and circuit-style training. Remember to bring your running shoes--this class does not involve the bike!

CYCLE circuit (60 minutes)
Partake in a 30 minute exhilarating ride to rid your body of toxins and get your muscles warm. Move to the mat, for a head to toe total body fix and transform your physical and mental states to peak performance mode. Use resistance bands and weight balls to target all major muscle groups to strengthen and tone by doing a challenging series of 5-6 total body conditioning exercises. As your muscles build,muscle, even muscles at rest, burn calories.
 
freestyle BOXING® (60 minutes)
This punch, kick, block and sweat class is held in comfortable setting, clients will be taken through fun, interactive, educational & inspiration drills to build strength and confidence. Firm & define your bodies, shed unwanted inches & pounds while building muscular endurance and overall fitness. Students will engage in weights, skipping, cardio conditioning drills, while improving their flexibility, core strength and overall kickboxing ability. Designed for any level of fitness. Running Shoes, gloves and wraps required. Gloves will be provided but if you will like to bring your own you can.

freestyle CIRCUIT® (50 minutes)
Created by Coach J, Jason Inglis, in an intimate setting, clients will be taken through a fun, interactive, educational & inspiring workout to build strength and lean muscle mass, firm & define their bodies, shed unwanted inches & pounds while building cardio endurance. Students will engage in weight, kettlebell & plyometric training & cardio conditioning, while improving their flexibility & core strength. Designed for any level of fitness, this circuit is like no other. Running Shoes required.

freestyle CYCLE® (60 minutes)
Starting your journey with a dynamic 25 minute circuit/body conditioning that will give your body and mind the endorphin rush it craves, the total body strength conditioning & coordination it needs and the cardiovascular fitness you deserve. Then move to the second half of class with a 25 minute ride where you'll be challenged both mentally and physically, burning more calories than any form of cardio workout.  You'll be taken through a fun, interactive & inspiring workout to build strength and lean muscle mass, firm & define their bodies, shed unwanted inches & pounds while building cardio endurance. Designed for any level of fitness, this circuit is like no other. Running Shoes required. 

freestyle STRENGTH® (50 minutes)
This conditioning class will focus on using the strength of our own bodies along with the use of small free weights and resistance bands. The class is centred around an individualized style of training  as opposed to the Freestyle Fit Circuit with its rotating stations. Participants will be taken through a light interval warm up with a dynamic stretch followed by body & free weight training and concluding with core conditioning. Variations of movements will be offered to suit all levels of fitness.
 
freestyle STRENGTH+BOX® (75 minutes)
Cardio-Bootcamp style interval training boxing class! Increase your agility, strength, and speed of performance with drills, core conditioning, free weights, and jump ropes followed by a stretch. Designed for any level of fitness. Running Shoes, gloves and wraps required. Gloves will be provided but if you will like to bring your own you can. 

PRETEEN freestyle CIRCUIT®
Created by Coach J for preteens only. A freestyle fit circuit that is a dynamic circuit-oriented class that will give the body and mind the endorphin rush it craves, the total body strength conditioning & coordination it needs and the cardiovascular training that is necessary. Engage in sports specific stretching and strength building using free weights, circuit training & cycling! A great recreational class and fitting for the athlete in training. Running shoes required.

freestyle ZEN®
Experience the ulitmate blend of conditioning muscles and mind! A special all out strength building, soul shining, cardio zen celebration! Engage in Freestyle’s famous weight, kettlebell & plyometric training with cardio conditioning and top it off with a powerful and relaxing vinyasa flow, designed to balance and send you into bliss! Any level of fitness welcome~ this is a circuit and flow like no other. Running Shoes + bare feet required.

ZONE 8 RIDE™ 
(48 or 64 minutes)

Created by Spynga. The zone 8 ride™ is a dynamic drill-oriented class that will give your body and mind the endorphin rush it craves, the total body strength conditioning & coordination it needs and the cardiovascular fitness you deserve. This high-intensity interval training combines short bursts of cycling phases with resistance training designed to target fat loss, build muscle and increase lung capacity. 6 zones. 8 minute intervals.  Countless results.  Cycling or running shoes and MAT required.
